About Us
Sam Wildermuth is the Director of Wildermuth Legal. He is one of a handful of Accredited Specialist's in Criminal Law in Queensland, and was voted by his peers as a three-time Doyle's Guide Rising Star from 2021 to 2023.
Sam has dedicated his career to the practice of criminal law and has comprehensive experience at every stage of the criminal justice process. He has over a decade of experience representing people charged with offences ranging from murder to drink driving, and everything in between. He has been involved in matters in every jurisdiction in Queensland, including the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the Mental Health Court.
In addition to the practice of traditional criminal law, Sam has appeared in investigative hearings before the Crime and Corruption Commission, Australian Crime Intelligence Commission and Workplace Health and Safety matters, ranging from mining incidents to deaths in a workplace.
Sam believes that clear and open communication with his clients is key. He prides himself on his good humour and ability to build strong rapport with his clients, always keeping them fully informed about the progress of their matters.
Sam regularly presents in schools to educate young people on the consequences of becoming involved with the criminal justice system.
